Shipping policy
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Standard delivery takes 6 to 7 business days, and express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Not the right fit for your pet? Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact our support team to start the process, and we'll send a prepaid return label.
